The following award/league leaders will be allotted the following upgrades:

NHL Level
Stanley Cup Champs: Every player on the NHL roster gets a +5 in leadership and +2 in con
Runners-Up: +2 leadership boost to all players
President's Trophy Winners: +2 con boost to all players
Conn Smythe Winner: +2 leadership, +2 con, +1 overall
Hart Trophy Winner: +2 overall, +3 con
Rocket Richard Winner: +3 con, +4 to shooting attribute
Art Ross Winner: +3 con, +2 to all offense attirbutes
Calder Trophy Winner: +1 Pot (to max of 9), +3 con, +5 to all ceilings
Frank J. Selke Winner: +3 con, +2 to all defensive attributes
James Norris Winner: Same as Selke
Lady Byng Winner: +2 leadership, +2 con, +2 penalty
Lester B. Pearson Winner: Same as Hart
Vezina Trophy Winner: +2 con, +2 overall
William M. Jennings: Same as Vezina
Bill Masterton Winner: same as lady byng
King Clancy: Same as lady byng
D-Men Pts Leader: +2 con, +2 to offense stats


AHL Level
Cup Champs, Runners-Up and Presidents same as NHL
Goals Leader: +2 con, +3 shooting and +10 to shooting ceiling
Pts Leader: +2 con, +2 to offense categories and +5 to offense ceilings
D-Men Pts Leader: +2 con, +2 to offense stats, +5 to offense ceilings
D-Men +/- Leader: same as pts but defense stats are affected instead
GAA Leader: +2 con, +2 overall, +3 ceilings
Save % Leader: Same as GAA

Junior/Amateur Levels[/u]
All top 3 pts leaders and goalie leader of each league will receive a pot boost and a +2 con boost. If they are already an 8 pot they will get a +3 ceiling boost instead

no Jagr gets the boosts since HE won the award not your team lol

danm now the east is gunna be dominated with ideen's first line for Jagr, Crosby and Ovechkin. Srry guy's that are in the east that are looking to win the east this year lol
